# Submitto > Submitto is the file-collection workspace for live events. Organizers share one link; speakers and exhibitors drop in their files, which arrive automatically renamed, sorted by session, and tracked against an AI-built roster, with a read-only handoff for the AV team. ## What Submitto does - Collects files (slides, bios, headshots, sponsor logos, insurance certificates, floor plans, and more) through a single shareable link. Submitters need no account. - Automatically renames every file and sorts it by session, so there is no last-minute cleanup. - Tracks who has and has not submitted against your roster, replacing the side-spreadsheet, and lets you send reminders. - Gives your AV team a read-only link scoped to one event, so they can pull the final files and flag issues early. - Sets up in about 10 minutes, fully self-serve: drop in any spreadsheet you already have, the AI builds your roster, you choose what to collect, and share the link. No sales call, no setup fee. ## Who it's for Independent and small-team event organizers running events in roughly the $100 to $1,000 per-event range, not multi-year enterprise contracts. Common pain it solves: opening every deck at the last minute to figure out who sent it, AV asking which version is final, and a side-spreadsheet that disagrees with the shared folder about who has submitted. ## Pages - [Home](https://submitto.io/): What Submitto is and how it works. - [Speaker management](https://submitto.io/speaker-management): Collect slides, bios, and headshots from conference speakers through one link, renamed and sorted by session, tracked against your roster. - [Exhibitor management](https://submitto.io/exhibitor): Collect logos, insurance certificates (COIs), W9s, and floor plans from exhibitors and sponsors at trade shows.
