One-off, per event. Euro prices include VAT. Each add-on is $50 CAD / $35 USD / €30 EUR. Past 100 submitters, seats are added in blocks of 25 at $75 CAD / $53.75 USD / €42.50 EUR per block: use the calculator's 100+ stop to price your exact count.

How does Submitto pricing work?
You pay per event, based on how many submitters you expect. Set the slider to your bracket and the price updates, along with the cost per submitter. There is no subscription, so a one-off conference costs you once.
Why is this by event and not per month?
Because events are one-off, not ongoing. You pay once for the event you are running and nothing recurs, so there is no subscription to manage. It also keeps the cost simple to account for: one clean line item tied to one event, which is easy to expense or pass straight through to a client. A monthly fee is harder to tie to a single event.
What counts as a submitter?
Anyone you collect files from for that event: a speaker, an exhibitor, a sponsor, or a poster presenter. Your price is based on how many you expect, and you move the slider to match.
Can I add more submitters after I buy?
Yes. If your event outgrows its bracket, you upgrade to a bigger one and pay only the difference. Past the largest bracket, seats are added in blocks of 25, so you are never blocked if your event grows. The cost per submitter keeps dropping as the count goes up.
What currencies can I pay in?
Canadian dollars, US dollars, and euros. The page defaults to your region and you can switch anytime. Each price is set per currency, not a live exchange conversion, so the number never moves on you.
Do you offer custom or larger-event pricing?
Yes. For a bigger event, custom integrations, or anything the calculator does not cover, email hello@submitto.io and we will put a quote together.
What is included in the price?
